{"id":995,"date":"2025-07-22T09:42:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-22T07:42:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cessna.rent\/?post_type=blog&#038;p=995"},"modified":"2025-10-13T10:32:24","modified_gmt":"2025-10-13T08:32:24","slug":"customs-tips-tricks","status":"publish","type":"blog","link":"https:\/\/cessna.rent\/nl\/blog\/customs-tips-tricks\/","title":{"rendered":"Customs: tips &amp; tricks"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>22 juli 2025: Vlucht van EGJA (Alderney) naar LFRT (Saint Brieuc Armor)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze vlucht staat geheel in het thema \u201ccustoms\u201d: het verplichte papierwerk om terug van de eilanden af te geraken.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eigenlijk gaat onze voorkeur gaat er naar uit om rechtstreeks te vliegen naar EHMZ omdat dan alle documenten dan maar slechts 2 uur(!) op voorhand moeten ingediend worden. Handig bij twijfelachtig weer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Onze volgende bestemming is LFEA, Belle Ile. Dus we moeten wel via de Franse douane.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In Frankrijk verwacht de douane uw aankomst op tijd op het opgegeven vliegveld volgens uw aangifte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe hebben wij gewerkt?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) uiteraard moet de 2 jaar geldige ETA in orde zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) eerst voor Alderney de GAR online ingevuld (dit moet ten laatste 2 u voor vertrek in orde zijn)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.submit-general-aviation-report.service.gov.uk\/welcome\/index\">https:\/\/www.submit-general-aviation-report.service.gov.uk\/welcome\/index<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) een mail sturen met alle gegevens naar de Franse douane die u bij het vliegveld van aankomst gaan opwachten. Voor Frankrijk heb ik geen standaard formulier gevonden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor Saint Brieuc Armor was dit mailadres:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"mailto:bse-saint-brieuc@douane.finances.gouv.fr\">bse-saint-brieuc@douane.finances.gouv.fr<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze mailadressen zijn terug te vinden in de AIP per luchthaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let op:&nbsp;De mail naar de Franse douane moet verzonden worden minimaal 24u op voorhand voor aankomst op weekdagen, en 48u op voorhand voor weekend dagen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Respons op de mail kan lang duren. In ons geval \u2018s morgens verzonden en rond 17u pas antwoord gekregen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanwege mogelijk twijfelachtig weer hebben we gekozen voor de dichtst bijzijnde luchthaven, op de route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We waren 15 minuten voor op schema en de douane was al aanwezig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let op: Er is vrij vliegverkeer tussen Alderney en Guernsey (enkel een beperkt vliegplan nodig). Bij vluchten van deze twee eilanden naar Jersey, Isle of Wight of UK is steeds een ingevulde GAR verplicht! (Zie link hier boven)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ge\u00efnteresseerd om eens naar UK te gaan, maar onzeker over de documenten?
